I recently started exploring ChatGPT, and I've been having a blast with it. However, my friend mentioned something alarming that got me worried. He claimed that once I download an AI app on my phone, it stays on there forever, and even after I uninstall it, it can still access my data. I'm not sure if this is true or just a joke. Can someone clarify this for me? What should I do if it's true?

Not true at all! Once you uninstall, the AI can’t do anything anymore. It sounds like your friend was just trying to scare you or was misinformed. You don’t need to take any special steps.

Yeah, I think your friend is just playing around. Apps need permissions to access data, and once you remove them, that access is gone.
