Hey everyone! I recently tried out Linux Mint but wasn't thrilled with the experience. I gave GNOME a go and really liked it, so I'm thinking about making the switch to Fedora. My question is: does Fedora Media Writer automatically check the integrity and authenticity of the ISO? I used GnuPG for this process when working with Mint, and I'd love to know if Fedora has a similar feature.

No, Fedora Media Writer doesn't automatically check the integrity of the ISO. But don’t worry, there are clear instructions on the Fedora website if you want to verify it yourself. Also, you can skip using the media writer entirely—just download the ISO yourself and write it to a USB like you did with Mint.
I think they do check for integrity at least. Just double-check the steps on their site!
Why stress about it? If you download from the official Fedora site, you should be good to go. I used Ventoy to install Fedora without any issues.
