I recently upgraded my PC with a new CPU (Ryzen 7 5700x) and GPU (Asrock Radeon 6800XT), but I'm still using my old, budget motherboard (Gigabyte A320M-H-CF). I had to update the BIOS so that it would support the new CPU. I'm concerned about whether my current motherboard might hinder the performance of these new components. Here's a list of my components: RAM: Two Kingston DDR4 3200, PSU: Gigabyte P1000GM 1000W 80+Gold. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldn't see any major issues with your setup. The motherboard might not hold you back significantly, though you might want to keep an eye on RAM speeds. Just make sure your RAM is indeed running at 3200 MT/s; slower RAM can impact CPU performance, which will affect your GPU performance as well. But 3200 MT/s should be fine!
Your motherboard will limit you in terms of power delivery and PCIe bandwidth, but if you’re not overclocking your CPU, you’ll be fine. The Ryzen 7 5700x should work smoothly with what you have!
I think my GPU is OC edition by default, but I won’t be overclocking the CPU.
You might lose about 2-3% performance with PCIe 3.0 lanes, but it’s nothing too serious. It’s more important to ensure you’ve got everything set up correctly. Upgrade the motherboard later for better features and performance if you feel the need!
Yeah, I'd like to upgrade it for better quality of life features down the line.
Thanks for the heads up!
