Dropdown Menu Not Working on Mobile Browsers

I'm having trouble with dropdown menus not appearing on a website I'm visiting using Chrome on my Samsung S23 Ultra. Everything's up to date, but when I tap the menu at the top, it turns red like it's selected, but no dropdown shows up. I also tried using Samsung Internet, and the issue persists. Interestingly, two coworkers using iPhones didn't have any problems with the site. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Don't worry! Try these steps: first, hit the button at the bottom of your phone to clear the website. Then reopen and see if the dropdown appears. If not, toggle your data or Wi-Fi off and on. Still an issue? Close Chrome, long-press the app, and open its settings. From there, scroll to storage and clear the cache. Reopen the app and try again. If that doesn't work, give your phone a restart!

Here are some more solutions you can try: Clear the cache for both Chrome and Samsung Internet. You could also open the site in Incognito Mode to load it fresh without any cache interference. Another option is to enable 'Desktop Site' mode in Chrome which may bypass any mobile layout issues. If possible, download Firefox Mobile and see if the issue persists there. If it does, it might be a problem with how the website's coded for Android browsers, especially since Safari on iPhones processes some codes differently.
