Experiencing BSODs with Dell WD19 Dock: What Should I Do?

I've been having some serious issues with my Dell Precision 7670 laptop and the WD19 docking station since a recent update. My laptop froze during the update, and now I'm getting blue screen of death errors after using it with three monitors connected to the dock. The laptop starts fine, but when I walk away and come back, the display freezes with a visible but unresponsive mouse cursor, and then I get BSOD errors like "critical process died" and "unexpected store exception." I've run chkdsk and sfc scans without any luck, and I suspect the docking station might be the culprit since I haven't had problems when it's unplugged. Can anyone offer advice on what I should try next? I joked about getting a new dock, but I really want to solve this issue first!

First off, have you checked for any dump files? They’re essential for analyzing BSODs. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, look in the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files after a crash. If you find them, zip the folder and upload it somewhere like catbox.moe or mediafire for easier sharing. Having a few dump files can help pinpoint the problem more accurately!

I’ll do that! Just checked, looks like there’s one dump file. I’ll zip it up and share it shortly.

Awesome, I’ll keep an eye out for it!
