I'm running into these annoying micro stutters while watching YouTube and gaming on my PC. I recorded the gameplay, but the stutters didn't show up in the recording, so I don't think it's a network issue. This started happening after I upgraded to Windows 11, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Here are my specs for reference:

- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT (6 core, 3.79 GHz)
- RAM: 32 GB DDR4
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super (6 GB)
- Storage: 2.38 TB with at least 30 GB free on each drive

When you mention micro stutters, can you describe it a bit more? Have you tried switching out your display cables or using a different monitor? Lowering the resolution could also be worth a shot to see if it helps. Given that your setup is from around 2019-2020, there might be a chance that some hardware issue could be cropping up after a few years of use.
To explain the stutters, it's like that feeling you get when you run a rod over a wavy piece of wood; there's a strange 'grr' sound for about 0.25 seconds. I don’t notice any issues on the video itself, but I'm more sensitive to audio. I even swapped out my headset cable, but that didn’t help. Now I'm starting to think it might be a network problem since the local sound and video don’t seem to allow for the issue to appear. Any tools out there I could use to monitor this? My ISP's ping test looks fine.
