Experiencing Performance Issues with My 9070XT – Help!

Hey everyone! I finally got my hands on a Gigabyte Gaming OC 9070XT after upgrading from a 3060 Ti, and I was really excited to see how it would perform on my 2K OLED monitor with a refresh rate of 360Hz. Unfortunately, I'm facing some serious performance issues. In Valorant, I used to hit around 900 FPS in the firing range, but now with the 9070XT, I'm only getting around 300 FPS there and a troubling 80-200 FPS in ranked matches, along with a lot of stuttering.

My setup includes 32GB of RAM and a Ryzen 5800X, and I've already tried using DDU to uninstall my old Nvidia drivers and reinstalled them in safe mode. I've played around with various settings on the AMD software, but nothing seems to improve the situation. I did some tests in Warzone, and the performance issues persisted. I'm also planning to download Black Myth: Wukong and Monster Hunter for further testing. I'm at a loss for what to do next. Should I consider refunding the card or is there something else I can try?

First off, make sure you're monitoring your GPU utilization while playing. You can use tools like MSI Afterburner or the AMD Radeon overlay for that. If your GPU utilization is low, it could indicate a bottleneck somewhere else in your system.

Are you suggesting logging performance during a benchmark or just checking on it while gaming?
