I recently upgraded my computer with a new CPU, which required replacing my motherboard and unfortunately resulted in a downgrade in RAM. Since this upgrade, I've been dealing with significant instability issues, making my computer almost unusable at times. I've noticed various problems, such as programs crashing or freezing randomly, the machine crashing with blue screens or black screens, visual glitches, and issues coming out of standby mode. The problems can occur at any time, even when I'm not running heavy applications. Interestingly, I've observed that playing demanding games sometimes reduces the rate of these issues. I've tried a range of troubleshooting methods: reinstalling the operating system multiple times, checking temperatures, testing different PSUs, changing graphics cards, and even swapping motherboards, but nothing has resolved the situation. My drivers have been reinstalled and varied between versions with no change either. My next steps include testing the storage drives, running a memory test, switching out the CPU, upgrading to better RAM, and possibly updating my motherboard's BIOS. I'm also considering whether compatibility issues with Windows 10 could be a factor. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Do you notice any audio dropouts or stuttering? That could indicate a power management issue, which often causes these types of problems. I recommend running LatencyMon to check which drivers might be causing delays and sharing the results.
Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Sometimes it helps reset the motherboard settings and can resolve weird issues like these.
I cleared the CMOS, but the problems are still occurring.

I don't recall having audio issues specifically, but I might have missed it. Here's my LatencyMon report: [link]. It points towards a problem with the Windows Kernel Mode Driver—could that be related?
