Hey everyone! I recently enabled Secure Boot in my BIOS to get ready for playing BF6 after watching a tutorial. Unfortunately, after doing that, I couldn't connect to Discord because of a network issue. I restarted my PC, and now I'm stuck in a loop with an Automatic Repair error. I've tried several command prompt fixes and even attempted to reset my PC, but I keep running into the same issue. I suspect my Windows installation might be corrupted. The specific error I'm seeing references a log file at C:RecoveryWindowsREWinre.wimSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt. If anyone has ideas for how to resolve this, I'd really appreciate your help!

It sounds like your system is struggling with the startup repair. Sometimes it’s something simple that can be fixed. Have you tried booting with the Windows Media Creation Tool? You can use it to troubleshoot without doing a full reinstall. It also allows you to access the log file and pinpoint where it’s going wrong. If all else fails, consider disabling Secure Boot in your BIOS; that might help your system boot normally. Enabling Secure Boot on a previously configured system can confuse the Windows bootloader.
Just to clarify, the error message you're seeing is actually just a log file, not the error itself. The startup repair issue you're experiencing could be related to your Secure Boot settings. If disabling Secure Boot works, that might be the fastest solution to get you back up and running.
I agree with the others. It's worth disabling Secure Boot for now to see if that resolves the booting issues. Also, make sure you’re checking any recent hardware changes or connections, just in case something was disturbed during the BIOS change.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll give that a shot.
