Facing Issues with TPM 2.0 for Gaming

I'm trying to play a game that requires TPM 2.0 to be enabled, and it is, but I'm running into version issues. I'm using an ASUS PRIME A320M-K motherboard with the latest BIOS update (version 6253). My TPM version is currently 3.8.0.3, but the game specifies that any version with a '0' as the third digit is outdated. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

What game are you trying to play? Also, can you share your Windows version and CPU details? It could help narrow down the issue.

I'm looking to play Call of Duty (Black Ops 7 specifically), I’m on Windows 11, and my processor is a Ryzen 5 2600.

You can type 'tpm.msc' into the run dialog. It should show your TPM version there to confirm it's recognized, otherwise it might not be detected properly.

It’s detected, and it’s indeed on version 2.0.

Just to double check, have you verified that your Windows is fully updated? Sometimes updates can fix compatibility issues.

Make sure your CPU actually supports TPM 2.0 and that it’s enabled in the UEFI settings. Sometimes it can be disabled by default.
