Feedback Needed on My Linux Gaming Build

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on my planned gaming rig build. I'm going to run it on a Linux OS, which is why I'm focusing on AMD components. I want a super quiet machine without any flashy aesthetics since it'll be tucked away under my desk, and it needs to be under 22 cm wide. I'm aiming for it to last around 5 to 8 years if possible, and I want to keep the total cost under €2000 (about $2300). Here are my specs: *Case: Fractal Design Pop Silent Solid, *Power Supply: be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 650W 80+ Gold, *CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, *Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S, *Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Gaming WIFI6, *RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32 GB (2 x 16 Go) 5200 MHz CL40, *GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16G, *Storage: Samsung SSD 9100 PRO M.2 PCIe NVMe 1 To. What do you think?

I recommend switching to the Pop Air case for better airflow. You might also want to consider a power supply with a higher wattage; it’s always safer to have a little extra power there!

Great advice! I'm leaning towards the Pop Air now. I thought my PSU was good enough but I can bump it up to 750W easily!

Before I can really dive into suggestions, can I ask a couple of quick questions? Where are you located? Also, do you need a new monitor or any peripherals for this build?

I'm in France. I already have a monitor and all the necessary peripherals!

Have you considered the 9070 or 9070XT cards? They pack more power and would definitely give you some extra longevity. The 7800X3D might be overkill with a 9060XT—not the best match for competitive gaming unless you plan to play AAA titles. If you stick with the 9060XT, maybe look at a CPU like the 7500F or 7600 for a better fit. By the way, a Gen 5 NVMe SSD may be overdoing it for gaming purposes!

Thanks for your thoughts! The 9070XT is out of my budget unfortunately, but I thought the X3D would be good enough. I mainly play AAA RPGs and my wife enjoys city builders like Cities: Skylines 2. Do you think a 9600X would have better longevity?
