Hey everyone! I'm struggling to start my journey into JavaScript. I'm 16 years old and have some basic skills in Python. I even bought a web development course that covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap. While I've managed to create basic websites using HTML and CSS, I keep procrastinating when it comes to the JavaScript section. My goal was to pick up at least the basics during my 15-day school break, but the recent buzz around Artificial Intelligence has really dampened my enthusiasm for programming. I came across a statement from the founder of Node.js claiming that programmers will soon be obsolete because AI will take over coding tasks within a year, and this has really left me feeling lost. I can't imagine doing anything other than programming, so I'm looking for some sensible advice to help me regain my motivation. Any thoughts?
