I'm feeling really lost and confused about learning to code. It's overwhelming to think about how much I need to learn compared to what I currently know. Should I keep pushing through a little bit at a time or would it be better to take a break? I'm also juggling some personal issues, which adds to the stress. Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks!

You’re not lazy—there’s just a ton to tackle! My advice is to pick one topic that genuinely interests you, whether it’s a programming language or a specific tech area, and stick with one resource to explore from start to finish. Don’t stress about making the wrong choice. For me, reading books works best, but find what you like—be it articles, videos, or courses! Feeling confused is part of the learning journey, so embrace it!
Learning to code is a lot like climbing a mountain: go step by step and focus on the next step in front of you instead of the whole peak. If you concentrate on just the task at hand, things won't seem as overwhelming. Just keep moving forward, even if it’s at a slow pace!
