Final Check on My Microcenter Parts List

I'm planning to visit Microcenter next week to pick up most of the parts for my build. I've put together a list on PCPartPicker (here's the link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gCHsFZ), and I wanted to get some feedback. Is there anything I should change or does everything look good?

For sure, don't miss out on the CPU-Motherboard-RAM bundles while you're there! They have some insane deals, like the 7800X3D bundle for $499.99, and you can add RGB RAM for just $20 more. I also tweaked your list a bit with some better storage and PSU options. You probably won’t need the extra case fans since the Lian Li 216 already has some installed.

I noticed those bundles too, but is the CL36 RAM significantly slower than CL30? I keep hearing CL30 is a must.
