First PC Build – Any Advice?

I'm planning my first PC build and I'm thinking about going with the following specs: RTX 5060TI 16GB, Crucial P3 Plus 2TB SSD, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Crucial Pro 32GB DDR5 RAM, Asus B650-Plus Wifi Motherboard, MSI MAG A750GL PCIE 5.1 & ATX 3.1 750 Watt Power Supply, and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Cooler. I'm aiming to keep the total cost around $1,500, but I'm wondering if there are any parts I should rethink or change up. Any tips?

Don't forget to factor in a case in your budget! I noticed you're just listing parts but not including a tower. A good option that's budget-friendly is the NZXT HS Flow, which keeps things cool without breaking the bank!

Yeah, I didn't list it initially since I had the case picked out. Just wanted to focus on the main components for budgeting.

Here’s a build I came up with that balances gaming and productivity within the $1,500 mark. I swapped the CPU to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D with the RTX 5070 for improved performance at a competitive price. Also, consider switching your QLC SSD for a TLC one if you can find it at a similar cost. I think it’s a better long-term investment!

How does the performance compare if I choose the 9800X3D with the 5070 versus a 9600X with the 5070 Ti?

You might be overspending on the CPU with the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. If you're gaming at 1080p, a 9600X with an RTX 5070 Ti could give you similar performance in games while saving you cash. The PSU and cooler choices you made are solid, though!
