Frequent BSODs After Using Acer WMR: Need Help!

I've been dealing with some frustrating issues ever since I tried to use an Acer WMR device on my laptop earlier this month. My computer is now stuck in a constant BSOD loop! It all started with a Kernel Power 41 error, where everything freezes for a bit before Windows crashes and restarts. Sometimes it fails to restart on the first try but gets it right on the second. My stability is terrible; the system hardly ever stays up for more than a few minutes. I checked the dump file from the first crash—it indicates a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error. I've tried updating drivers and uninstalling WMR services, which helped a little, but it still crashes, just not quite as often as before. I also ran AIDA64 for stress testing with no BSODs, and interestingly, the BSOD doesn't happen if I'm not using any input devices like the mouse or keyboard. So far, I've noticed BSODs triggered while playing Sims: Medieval, watching Black Adder on an external DVD writer, playing Cities: Skylines, or just browsing Reddit. My setup includes an LG Gram 17 2020 with an Rx570 in a ROG XG station 2 graphic docking station.

To tackle these BSOD issues, the first thing you should do is gather those dump files from your system. They are crucial for accurately diagnosing the problem. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check under C:WindowsMinidump for any files. You need to zip those files and upload them to a file-sharing service like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. Multiple dumps help us a lot, so try to get as many as you can. Also, follow the guide to set up your system to create Small Memory Dumps instead of regular ones—this way, you won’t lose any data. Good luck!

Since you mentioned you only have one dump file, a great next step is to run a tool called Specify. It collects comprehensive logs about your OS and hardware, which can be helpful for troubleshooting. Just download it from the link I’ll provide, run it, and then share the generated link with us. It'll only be available for 24 hours, so make sure to do it quickly!

Awesome, I’ll run that tool and share the link right after. Thanks for the suggestion!
