I'm dealing with a frustrating black screen on boot with no BIOS showing. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps, including using a different graphics card and performing a CMOS wipe. Also, I've swapped out the power cables for the graphics card. Here are my specs: Ryzen 7800 3D, EVGA Supernova 1000G2 PSU, and I've tested both a 3080 Ti and a 970 for the graphics. My RAM is DDR5, and I'm using an MSI Pro B650-S WiFi motherboard. I even attempted to use the BIOS flash feature, but the white LED keeps blinking, indicating it's rewriting BIOS, and I can't seem to get it to work despite using multiple USBs formatted to FAT32 with the correct file name. What other options do I have?

Just a heads-up, since the Ryzen 7800 doesn’t have integrated graphics, using the onboard ports won't work for you. It might be a good idea to test with another GPU if you have access to one to see if it's a GPU issue.
Have you tried connecting to the onboard DisplayPort? It might help you boot without the dedicated GPU. Also, make sure the GPU is properly reseated in its slot. Most of my previous GPU issues got resolved just by reseating it, so it’s worth a shot!
