I'm trying to get my setup to run DDR5 6000MHz RAM reliably on my MSI Pro X870E-P WiFi motherboard with a 9800x3d CPU. I have 4 sticks of Gskill flare x5, each 16GB. The issue I face is that I can't get the EXPO1 profile to work consistently. It only boots once; after that, I have to clear the CMOS to get it to boot again. I've already updated the BIOS, but it only mentioned a security patch and I'm unsure if it helped. I've spent about 5 hours tweaking various BIOS settings without success. Each time I restart or shut down, it fails to boot. My current workaround involves disabling legacy USB, moving devices to higher-speed ports, and turning off memory context restore. While it's working now, boot times are slow due to memory training. Just wanted to see if anyone else has faced this issue and how they solved it!

Your 9800x3d is officially rated for 2 sticks at 5600MHz and 4 sticks at 3600MHz. Achieving 6000MHz with 4 sticks is a stretch for many users; you're lucky to even get it working! Most people struggle to max out at 3600MHz with 4 sticks, so consider that when tweaking settings.
Getting 4 sticks of RAM to boot stably at 6000MHz can be quite tricky. Those EXPO profiles are generally optimized for 2 sticks, not 4. So don't be too surprised if you run into stability issues. A lot of users find they can only reliably hit those speeds with 2 sticks instead.
True! But I’m hopeful that as more motherboards are released, we’ll see better compatibility for 4 sticks at higher speeds.
