I've been facing a frustrating issue where I keep getting an 'Internal Server Error' message whenever I try to open comments on a website. This started happening yesterday, and the problem occurs only when I'm in guest mode on Chrome on my laptop, as well as with my regular Google profile. I can load the site just fine, but it's the comments section that's bothering me. Interestingly, it doesn't happen on my phone. I even tried connecting my laptop to my phone's hotspot, wondering if sharing the same IP address caused the problem. Has anyone else dealt with this? What could be going on?

It sounds like the Internal Server Error you're getting is on the server side, which means you can't really do much to fix it yourself. It could be that your laptop is sending requests in a way that's causing issues, especially without saved cookies or cache from a previous session. Maybe try clearing your browser's cache, updating Chrome, or even disabling any extensions that could interfere with the site. Plus, if the error doesn't show up on your phone, it might just be a laptop configuration issue.

Thanks for the tip! I hadn’t thought about clearing the cache. I'll try that and see if it changes anything.
