I placed an order for a Windows 10 Extended Security Update (ESU) key from CDW on Monday, but I haven't received it yet—just the order confirmation. I've reached out to their sales department twice but haven't gotten a response. Has anyone else experienced this or received their key?

I ordered three keys from CDW on Wednesday and still haven't received anything. Just got charged $60.79 each, so I’m in the same boat! Hopefully, they'll respond soon.
You might need to open a support case with Microsoft. They can generate the key for you, and you should then be able to find it in the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) section of the Admin Portal.
If your order has been processed, the ESU key should appear in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Also, if the purchase hasn’t gone through or if you need extra keys, they can assist with that—just keep in mind it costs around $55 per device for the first year.
