Will upgrading to a 5070 Ti cause bottlenecking with my current PC specs?

I've had my PC for a few years now with an XFX RX 580, and I'm considering upgrading to a 5000 series GPU, particularly the 5070 Ti with 16GB of memory. I'm concerned about potential bottlenecking. I've already checked with online bottleneck calculators, but I'm not entirely convinced they're accurate, so I wanted to get some opinions from more knowledgeable folks. Here are my current specs: Intel i5 12400F, 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM (2x8), MSI Pro B660M-A DDR4 motherboard, and a 400W power supply. I'm prepared to upgrade my PSU and RAM to 2x16GB, but I'm curious whether moving to the 5070 Ti would be worthwhile or if I'd need to change my CPU or motherboard as well. Any advice is appreciated!

It really depends on the games you're playing. You'll definitely need a better PSU, and your RAM and CPU are likely to bottleneck you most of the time unless you bump up the resolution. Upgrading your GPU might be okay for now, and you could assess later if your performance meets your expectations. Just keep in mind that bottleneck calculators aren't always accurate because hardware usage varies with different games and settings.

Thanks for clarifying! So starting with the GPU, PSU, and RAM should be fine for now, and I can look into a CPU upgrade down the line.
