I have a Legion Pro 5 with an AMD CPU and an RTX 4060m, and I'm really struggling to get any Linux distribution to work on it. When I try to boot from the USB, it gets stuck at the initial BIOS loading screen and just reboots back into Windows. I've tried using different USB sticks, various Linux distros like Bazzite, Mint, and Ubuntu, and different tools like Rufus and Etcher. I've also played around with secure boot settings, reset the BIOS, cleared keys, formatted both NVMe drives, and even removed the Windows NVMe. It's super frustrating!

I found this forum post related to your laptop model that might help: [Linux Mint Forum Link](https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=406021). Have you tried following any steps mentioned there?
It sounds like a tricky situation! When you mentioned formatting both NVMe drives, how exactly did you go about that? The Windows files shouldn't be around if both drives were formatted properly. Just trying to figure out what might be causing it to boot back into Windows.
To clarify, I've been working on this for months, trying to get Linux installed. When I couldn't, I had to put Windows back on. It just kept going into an endless boot loop without it.
Have you checked if your NVMe drives are set to RAID or RST in the BIOS? Sometimes that can affect booting. Are you seeing the installer when you try to boot, or is it not loading at all?
It won’t load the installer. The one time I managed to install Mint, it wouldn’t boot afterwards, even with Windows SSD removed. It's set to UEFI and AHCI; those are my only options in BIOS.

I checked that out, but even the graphics settings they discussed didn't make a difference for me. My laptop won’t even get as far as the user in that thread.
