I activated multi-factor authentication (MFA) last week, and now I'm facing issues signing in. Even after trying to reset my password, I still can't get the MFA to work. I can't access IAM or even the root account. It's really frustrating! Automated support is of no help, and I can't even talk to a real person unless I log in. Anyone else having similar issues?

I’ve used that form, but it just loops you back to more automated responses. Really frustrating!
