I'm using Docker Desktop version 4.49.0 on Linux, but I'm having a frustrating issue where it won't let me sign in with my password and just redirects me to the website instead. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

I get that using the CLI can seem intimidating, especially since Docker's documentation can be a bit lacking for newcomers. If you're new to Docker, just take it slow and consider checking out some beginner tutorials focused on the command line.
A better solution is to switch to the Docker CLI for managing your containers. It's a lot more straightforward than Docker Desktop, even if you're not familiar with the command line.
Honestly, I'd suggest not using Docker Desktop on Linux at all. It adds a lot of unnecessary complications by creating a virtual machine for Docker, which just makes things more confusing than they need to be.
