I'm trying to decide between two 5070 Ti graphics cards that are priced the same. The options are: 1) PNY 5070 Ti OC Triple Fan, which has a larger heatsink and is a 3-slot card, and 2) ASUS SFF-Ready Prime 5070 Ti, which is non-OC but reputedly uses better thermal paste. How much does the thermal paste really matter in practice?

I’ve heard good things about the ASUS card too. It just seems to perform better when it comes to heat management!
I'd lean towards the ASUS one personally. It uses a phase change thermal pad, which is designed to keep the power connector cooler. It might help with overall efficiency and longevity, even if it's a non-OC version.
