I'm a student looking to build my first PC and want to get the best performance for my budget. I'll be using the PC for programming, video editing, AutoCAD, and gaming. I'm trying to decide between two graphics cards: the 9060xt with 16GB and the 5060ti with 8GB. Which one do you think is more versatile and suitable for my needs?

Forget those, get a 5090. Just saying!

What's your budget looking like? If you're primarily doing production work, I'd stick with NVIDIA. They have great support for software that benefits from CUDA cores. The RTX 5060 TI with 16GB is a solid choice, usually priced around $450-500.

I found 5070s in stock at a Walmart for $500. Might be worth checking your local stores for similar deals!

Definitely go for the 9060xt with 16GB. For your tasks, an 8GB GPU just won't cut it.

But keep in mind, NVIDIA cards usually perform better for production tasks.
