I'm also looking to upgrade my 1080p 144hz monitor to a higher resolution, 1440p high refresh rate monitor. What’s your budget and location? It’s easier to recommend parts if I know what you're working with. Have you thought about going with an x3D CPU? They perform superbly in high refresh gaming! Also, I’d steer clear of ASRock due to some reliability concerns. A more robust motherboard and power supply could set you up for a longer-lasting build!
The Cooler Master Hyper 411 Nano is great for small form factor builds, but since you’re going for ATX, you could go for a larger cooler that offers better performance. And about the power supply, I’d recommend looking into something a bit stronger, like around 750-850W, for some extra headroom. That way, you won't run into issues down the line!
You should definitely consider getting a better CPU cooler. The Thermalright PS120 is a solid choice, as that Cooler Master you've picked seems a bit limited.
