Hey folks! I recently returned from Korea where I picked up a few key components for my PC build: an X870e Nova motherboard, a 5070ti MSI trio GPU, and a Ryzen 7 9800 3XD CPU. I'm looking to complete my build without going for high-end, overpriced parts but still want good quality that will keep my system running well for 7-10 years. The catch is, I live in a hot country with scorching summer temps, and my gaming setup is in a small room without AC, so any suggestions for keeping the temperatures down would be really appreciated. Any advice or recommendations? Thanks!

You mentioned you want to avoid high-end components, but I'll caution you about the X870e Nova motherboard as it's causing issues with the Ryzen 9 series CPUs. If you can return it, do so; otherwise, look for a B850 board instead. The best components really depend on what's available in your region, so check that out!
It’s tough knowing the potential risk you took. Maybe listing it for a little less could help someone who’s willing to take the chance. But keep an eye on updates regarding fixes; that could sway your decision!
I have to warn you, there’s a risk with that X870e Nova motherboard combined with the Ryzen CPU, as some users have reported their CPUs frying. If you can, consider selling the board and looking for a more reliable option. High airflow is key for your situation, so get a case with a mesh front and add a couple of extra fans. I'm really upset I didn't check this thread first! It's a bummer to think about the complications if anything goes wrong with the motherboard from Korea. Should I just wait for a fix they say is coming or try to sell it? I can afford to wait since I have an old setup for now.
I’ve had my eye on the Fractal Design cases too, but they don't look great in my opinion. Also, I’d recommend getting a solid 850W PSU. Quiet fans are nice, but honestly, I prefer Arctic fans for performance and price. If you're building compact, the Fractal Design Terra is the way to go.
For your build, I'd recommend aiming for at least 32GB (2x16) of DDR5-6000 memory, and a Gold modular PSU around 850W. Also, get a decent air cooler for the CPU and an ATX mid-tower case with at least four included fans. A 2TB PCIe Gen4 M.2 SSD will help speed things up too. This should set you up nicely without breaking the bank!

That motherboard and CPU combo cost you $790? That's a steal compared to what I’d pay locally! Do you think it’s a temporary problem that's going to get resolved, or should I just sell it off now while I can?
