I'm running into a bizarre issue with Windows 11 on my Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3. Whenever I open my C:/Users/aman folder, strange things happen; it's like it's trying to restore folders, and sometimes it creates a new folder named 'User' or 'Aman Solanki.' If I click on any of my folders like Downloads, Pictures, or Desktop, they just vanish! I initially thought it was a OneDrive issue, so I disabled it and even turned off all Microsoft services, but the problem persists. I attempted to fix the shell folders via regedit, but when I clicked on it, a message pops up asking if I want to delete it and its subkey. No matter how many times I click 'No,' it keeps coming up without any change. I also tried resetting Windows 11 (both cloud and local), but it failed with no changes made. I even created USB drives using the Media Creation Tool and Lenovo's recovery tool, yet the issue remains. Before all this, my touchpad wasn't working, so I took it to a repair shop where I'm not sure how Windows 11 was installed, but it was genuine and showed a local account. I reinstalled Windows myself, but now my user profile is practically unusable. Thankfully, my Gmail is synced, so I'm not too worried about losing data, but the system is completely broken right now.

Try running an elevated command prompt and typing `sfc /scannow`. This command checks for corrupted system files and should help repair the issues you're facing.
Make sure to back up your data before making any changes, especially if you're considering tinker with BIOS or disk setups. It’s always better to be safe before digging into troubleshooting.
