Help! Getting BSODs When Trying to Play CS2

Hey everyone! I'm having a really weird issue with my computer. Every time I try to launch Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), I can usually get to the main menu, but as soon as I click on a different tab, I often get a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). It's not consistent, though—sometimes I can queue for a game and crash during loading, or even in the middle of a match. I've had a couple of sessions over a few hours with no issues, but then it returns.

Try going into your BIOS and disabling XMP. Set your RAM to run at either 2666 or 2933 MHz with the timings set to AUTO, then see if that helps with CS2.

It sounds like your BSOD issue could be related to dump files. These are crash logs that can help pinpoint the exact problem. If you can get into Windows normally, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files and upload them to a file-sharing site. Multiple dump files would give a clearer picture, so if you find any, that would be super helpful!

From the dump files I've seen, it seems like there might be issues with your disk I/O. Errors like UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION and KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR suggest that your system may be having trouble accessing the page file on your drive. Can you tell me which drive you’re using as your system drive and its age? Also, check in Task Manager if "Page file" shows as active under Performance for both drives.

I checked, and both drives show "Yes" for the page file in Task Manager. My SSD is 4 years old and my HDD is about 8-9 years old.
