I recently bought two laptops for my sisters as Christmas presents at a computer fair. I paid around £400 for both, but when I got home and checked one of them, I found spyware using about 40% of the CPU. I decided to reset Windows completely, but now I'm stuck at a setup screen asking for a login to a school email that I have no connection to. I've never heard of this school before, and it's a long way off. Is there any way to bypass this situation? ChatGPT says it might not be possible, but I feel like there has to be a solution. What should I do? I still have the other laptop, so it's just this one I'm having trouble with.
