I'm having a frustrating issue with stuttering in a couple of my games, specifically Apex Legends and Fortnite. While others like Dead by Daylight, League of Legends, and PUBG run smoothly without any problems, these two games have a very brief stutter—less than a second, but it's noticeable enough to impact gameplay during fights. The stuttering occurs every 5 to 8 seconds, and it affects both the visuals and audio. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps like uninstalling the Razer app and disabling all Asus services, but the problem persists. Just to add, I built my PC just two weeks ago, and it has a 9060 XT GPU and a 9600 X CPU.

Are you using a WiFi connection? Sometimes that can cause stuttering in games if the signal is weak or unstable. You might want to try a wired connection if you haven't already.
It sounds like it could be a few different things. I recommend checking your connection and ping, as lag can lead to these kinds of issues. Also, try looking at your 1% lows in FPS, check if your monitor might be causing the stutter by testing with another screen, and ensure your drivers are up to date. Consider testing your mouse and keyboard inputs, too, to see if they might be causing any issues.
