I've been hit with an overwhelming flood of emails—over 3,500 in just a few hours at a rate of 25+ emails per minute! This started after I submitted a claim for what I believed was a legitimate class action lawsuit. Now I'm drowning in countless spam messages and I really don't know how to handle it. I'm also a bit concerned about any potential risks involved. Can anyone offer some advice on how to stop this and what to do next?

It sounds like you may have gotten caught up with a fake site related to that lawsuit. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do aside from possibly getting a new email address. You could set up some filters to auto-delete these unwanted emails or send them straight to spam if you can spot a pattern in the senders. Eventually, it'll die down.
But how can you say it’s fake? What if it’s a real lawsuit?
