I accidentally spilled some water on my Keychron Q6 MAX keyboard a couple of days ago. It wasn't a lot, but some got under the keycaps for the arrow keys, alt GR, and 0-numpad keys. I turned off the keyboard, removed the keycaps and switches, and cleaned everything thoroughly. I didn't see any water on the board itself, so I reassembled it and started using it again. Unfortunately, after just five minutes, the 0 key and arrow keys started to activate on their own. I turned it off again, removed the switches and keycaps, and let it dry for 48 hours. I just tested it again, and the 0 key still activates by itself, although the arrow keys seem to be functioning normally. Should I let it dry longer or take it apart again to check for any water damage?

I think it's definitely corrosion! You might want to consider taking it to a repair shop for a professional check-up.
It sounds like you're dealing with possible corrosion. I recommend applying some isopropyl alcohol directly into the switch and repeatedly pressing it. The alcohol can help clear away any corrosion that's causing those unwanted activations. Use a high percentage like 90% for the best results since it will evaporate quickly. Worst case, you might need to replace that switch later.
