Help! Just Upgraded My GPU and PSU, But Now My PC Won’t Power On

I'm in a bit of a jam here. I recently upgraded my PC with a brand new AMD RX 7900 GRE graphics card and a MAG R850GL power supply. Here are my specs: a B450 Gaming Plus motherboard and a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU. I've made sure to use all new, fully modular cables for the PSU, and I've double-checked all the connections too. But now, I'm getting no power at all to the system. Any advice on what to check or do next?

One thing to try is connecting your old PSU. If it powers up, then it might be that your new PSU is dead on arrival. That can happen more often than you'd think!

Just double-check that you're using the right cables. Since you mentioned that the old PSU was non-modular, that could lead to some compatibility issues if any old cables were mixed up. Make sure both the 24-pin and the CPU power cables are correctly plugged in!

I definitely used all new cables since the new PSU is fully modular, so I think I'm good there.

Have you tried plugging in your old GPU to see if it works? It might help you isolate the issue. Sometimes the new hardware might not be the problem, and it's good to check all bases!
