Help! Links in Canva Won’t Open!

I've been trying to use ChatGPT to help me create a portfolio on Canva, but I'm hitting a wall because none of the links I receive seem to work. Here's the issue: When I click on the links, I either get an error code or a notification that they aren't valid. I've also tried copying and pasting the links into my browser, but I get the same result. I even experimented with links from a zip file and a PDF, but nothing changes. I've already cleared my cache and cookies, signed out of both Canva and Google, and signed back in with my correct credentials. It's been two long days of this, and I'm seriously frustrated! Can anyone help me out here?

Hey, I feel for you! Have you tried reaching out to Canva support? In situations like this, they might be able to help troubleshoot the problem more effectively than trying to figure it out on your own. Sometimes there’s an issue on their end that you wouldn’t know about otherwise!

Try checking the permissions on the links if you can! Sometimes the problem lies with how the files are shared or if the links are set to private. Also, it’s worth looking into other browsers or devices to see if that makes a difference. Good luck!

I totally understand your frustration! I ran into the same issue recently. From what I gathered, it seems like there might be a problem with the links generated by ChatGPT. A couple of users mentioned that the functionality for sending proper links was down for a while. Have you checked if that might be the case? It might just be temporary, so keep trying!

Yeah, I've noticed that too! Sometimes the links say they have expired or cannot be found. It’s so confusing because one chat will say it can create links, and then the next one just gives errors! It feels like a rollercoaster!
