Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind and could really use your help. I've lost my MFA device and I'm locked out of my AWS account. The issue is that AWS requires verification through both my phone number and email to reset the MFA. Unfortunately, my phone number got deactivated, so I'm only able to access my email. I can reset my password just fine, but when I try to disable or reset the MFA, it still asks for that old phone number I can't access. Have any of you been in a similar situation? I'm looking for advice on how to contact AWS Support directly to verify my identity and remove the MFA so that I can regain access to my account. Any tips or steps you could share would be super helpful! Thanks!

Hey there! Sorry you're going through this. Have you checked the support documentation for lost or broken MFA devices? If you've tried that and still need help, you can reach the MFA support team through their contact form; you don’t need to be logged in to use it.

I tried all the steps but without my mobile number, I can't reset my MFA. I already submitted the form, but I'm still waiting for a response.
