Help Me Build My First Gaming PC!

Hey everyone! I'm a complete newbie and really confused about building my first gaming PC, so I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations you might have. I've been using a 2020 Razer Blade Advanced with a 2070 for about 5 years, and I feel like it's starting to show its age. I want to build a solid PC, primarily for CPU-heavy games like Civilization and DOTA at 1440p. I've decided on the 9800X3D CPU since I've heard it's the best for gaming right now. My budget is up to 2500 euros.

Here's what I have in mind for the build:
- **CPU:** 9800X3D
- **GPU:** ASUS PRIME RX 9070 XT OC
- **CPU Cooler:** ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte X870 EAGLE WIFI7 ATX AM5
- **RAM:** G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
- **SSD:** Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2 NVME
- **Case:** Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
- **Power Supply:** MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Rated

I have a few questions:
1. Is everything compatible?
2. Do I need to buy anything extra for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth?
3. Is 64GB of RAM really necessary just for strategy games?
4. Where can I possibly cut some costs, since I'm not looking for flashy RGB or fancy designs?

Thanks a ton in advance for your help!

I would recommend changing the SSD since the one you selected is PCIe 3. It's a bit outdated. For a similar price, you can get a faster PCIe 4 SSD like the Crucial P3 Plus. Also, consider upgrading your power supply; it’s better to go for a higher wattage to future-proof your setup, especially if you plan on overclocking.
64GB of RAM is nice, but for gaming, especially strategy games, 32GB should be more than enough unless you're also multitasking heavily or doing video editing.

Thanks for the advice! I thought about 64GB because my current 16GB struggles in late-game scenarios in CIV with high RAM usage. What’s the deal with the higher wattage power supply though? Will going for something like 1200W hit my electricity bill hard? Why not just get a reliable, cheaper option?
