Help Me Choose Better PC Parts for My First Build

Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first PC and would love some advice on alternative parts that are just as good. I've already picked out my CPU and GPU. For the motherboard, I'm looking for one that has PCIe 5 x16 to keep options open for future upgrades.

I'm also considering the Aqua 7 case from OkiNoS or the Lian Li 207. The Aqua 7 comes with six pre-installed RGB fans, which makes it tempting, but I noticed it wasn't listed on PCPartPicker. Does that mean it won't work with my setup or could it just be unavailable?

Lastly, I'm a bit worried about RAM clearance with the Peerless Assassin 120 cooler, but I'm hoping it's good. Here's the list of parts I'm considering: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wFMfgn](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wFMfgn)

Thanks for all your help!

The Aqua 7 case will technically fit your build since it's a standard ATX case, but I'd recommend against it for airflow. It's not great for cooling, especially since you’re using an air CPU cooler. Cases like the Lian Li 207, Corsair 4000D, or NZXT H5 Flow are better options for cooling. If you do go with the Aqua 7, consider getting some extra fans to improve airflow.

Thanks for the insight! I was really worried about the Aqua 7's airflow. I’ll definitely lean towards the Lian Li 207 or something similar instead.

Your build looks solid! The RAM clearance with your cooler shouldn’t be an issue at all. Can I suggest considering the 9600X? It's roughly the same price as the 7600X on Amazon, and it might give you better performance. Just a heads up, the 6600 XT might be the weakest point for gaming performance, but you could always upgrade that later if needed.
