Help Me Choose Parts for a New Gaming PC Build!

I recently had to return my PC due to a faulty GPU, and now I'm looking to build a new one. I want recommendations for new or refurbished parts that can handle 1440p gaming at 60fps on medium settings for AAA titles. My budget is around £600, but I'm open to options with payment plans for the GPU or any bundles that might push me over that budget. I have a monitor already, but it's currently just 1080p—I'm planning to upgrade to a 1440p model by Christmas. Here's what I need:
- This is a new build, not an upgrade.
- My main use will be gaming and light 3D modeling.
- I live in the UK, close to Micro Center, and I may need to look at local vendors if possible.
- I don't need a new monitor right now, but I'll need to be WiFi-connected.
- Size and noise levels don't really matter to me, and I don't have any specific color or lighting preferences.

Check out this build I put together for you: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/N4RJYd. It fits your budget and should give you great performance for 1440p gaming. It's a solid choice!

Would it be worth getting the 16GB version for a little more? I’ve heard VRAM makes a significant difference, and I can stretch my budget if needed.
