I'm building a new system with an AM5 processor and I'm torn between two motherboards: the B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE and the ROG STRIX B850-A GAMING WIFI. I'd love to get your opinions on these options and which one you think is better suited for my build.

Both motherboards have similar specs, but the ROG has an extra M.2 slot, which can be a game changer if you plan on adding more storage. Plus, I've found the BIOS interface on ROG boards to be easier to work with, so I'd lean toward the ROG.
If you're looking to save some cash, the Gigabyte (B850 AORUS) is a solid option as it has 3 M.2 slots compared to the Asus's 4. Just make sure it fits your needs, especially if you're planning for future upgrades.
What CPU and GPU are you planning to use with your build? That could influence your choice!
I'm thinking about using either a Ryzen 5 9600X or a Ryzen 7 9700X and pairing it with a 5080.
