Hey everyone, I recently faced a scary situation where I received an email saying that my account was accessed inappropriately by a third party. The email warned that if I didn't act quickly, my account would be suspended. Unfortunately, this message came on a public holiday, right before the weekend. I couldn't act fast enough, and now my website and emails are down since they went ahead and suspended my account this morning. I've been trying to reach support through chat for over seven hours, but no luck, and I couldn't even leave my phone number due to an error. I have some important events coming up, and I'm really lost on how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like a really frustrating situation! Sometimes, accounts get flagged if there's suspicious activity. Make sure to have any relevant details ready when contacting support. They might be able to help expedite the review process. Don't hesitate to keep trying to reach them; it can be a hassle, but persistence pays off! Good luck!
Sorry to hear about your account issues. If you share your case ID in a Private Message, we can investigate further. Just a heads up, we can't initiate calls through chat or social, but you can find info on requesting a phone call here: http://go.aws/phone-support. We definitely want to help you get this sorted out.
Is there a reason for the spike in these account access issues? It seems like more people are having similar problems lately.
Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely keep trying and gather any info I can. Fingers crossed they respond soon!
