I recently downloaded what I thought was a cracked version of Adobe Illustrator, and in my quest, I clicked on a link that I shouldn't have. Later that day, I noticed my Instagram was hacked by someone from Pakistan using a Galaxy A4 phone. I immediately changed my password and had 2-factor authentication set up, plus I added another layer with an authentication app. However, today my Discord also got hacked, and that same person is taking over, posting spam links with images. I've run Windows Defender and other antivirus software, but nothing seems to show up. I'm at a loss and really need some advice on how to stop this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should try reaching out to customer support for each account that's been hacked to recover them. For the accounts that haven't been compromised yet, change their passwords immediately. The best move might be to do a full system reinstall to ensure there's no lingering malware. It’s risky to keep using a potentially infected system.
Before doing anything drastic, make sure to confirm if you actually installed any malware or just clicked some sketchy links. If you suspect malware, checking with a thorough malware removal guide could be your first step. It’s essential to identify and remove any threats first.
I tried running Defender and stopped anything from installing. I also deleted the shady stuff.
But won't they just keep taking things back if you reset? I feel like they can still find ways in.
