I've got a strange issue with my AirPods Pro: they're pairing separately, so I can only listen to either the left or the right one at a time. When I check my Bluetooth settings, it looks like I have two separate sets because the case and each AirPod show up individually. I've already reset them and gone through the basic troubleshooting steps. Has anyone experienced this before? I'd really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Make sure both AirPods are charged and fully functional. Sometimes, one bud may drain faster than the other, causing them to disconnect. Try using them one at a time for a bit to see if they stay connected.
If the reset didn't work, it could be a hardware issue, especially if they're out of warranty. Sometimes, parts inside can get a little funky. If you have access to another device, try pairing them there to see if it's just a device issue.
It sounds like your AirPods have lost sync with each other. Try resetting both AirPods together: place them in the case, leave the lid open, and press and hold the back button for about 30 seconds. You should see the light flash amber and white. That should help them connect properly again.
