I recently got my AirPods Pro (2nd generation), but I'm having trouble updating them. No matter what I try, they seem stuck on firmware version 5A377. I've followed numerous troubleshooting steps I found online, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I bought them from the actual Apple site, so they should be genuine. Everything about them looks real; the box, the coverage, all that. Let me know what else you think!
It sounds like you might be dealing with counterfeit AirPods if they won’t update. Did you purchase them directly from Apple or an authorized seller? Also, check the serial number; sometimes, if they’ve been replaced previously, it could cause issues.
