Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind with my Apple account. It got locked after I failed to log in to an old iPad too many times. I finally remembered the email and password, but unfortunately, I can't recover my account since I lost access to the phone number and email associated with it. I've heard that if you wait for a while, like 24 hours, you might be able to log in again with the correct password. Is that actually true? I'm just looking for some guidance here since I'm feeling a bit lost. Thanks for any help you can offer!

You need to start the account recovery process on Apple’s support website, that's your best bet. Trying to log in after waiting won't help if your account is locked.
I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Apple support, but they couldn't help since I can't verify my account with my old email or phone number.
