Help! My AWS Support Tickets Are Going Unanswered

I set up an AWS account about two weeks ago, and after a week, I tried to register a domain. Unfortunately, AWS denied the request because my account is too new, citing their policies against abuse. I totally understand their precautions, but I opened a support ticket on April 1st and still haven't received any updates. I even submitted a second ticket on April 3rd, but that one hasn't been assigned either. What should I do next?

That sounds frustrating! I'm sorry you've been left hanging. If you can share your case ID, I can help by looking into it further for you.

Thanks for the offer! I've just sent you a message with my case ID.

Honestly, domain registration shouldn't be tied to abuse prevention policies. I've set up plenty of domains with brand new accounts without any issues. What error are you getting when you try to register a domain in Route 53?

Do you have a business support plan with AWS? Also, what specific error message did you see when you tried to create the domain?
