I've been struggling to get Bluetooth working for the last few days after resetting my older laptop and installing all the latest drivers. I've faced this issue before, and unfortunately, I forgot to back up the working drivers on a USB stick. Currently, I'm trying to download the newest Bluetooth driver from the ASUS website for my GL552VW laptop, but I keep running into a Code 10 error. Whenever I try other drivers, they don't even show up. If anyone needs more details, I'm happy to share! I just want to get this problem sorted out, haha!

It sounds like a tricky situation! First, try uninstalling your Bluetooth device from Device Manager and restart the Bluetooth service. You can do this by going to Start, typing `services.msc`, and then right-clicking on 'Bluetooth Support Service' to set it to Automatic. After that, go back to Device Manager, right-click on your computer name, and select 'Scan for hardware changes.' Make sure you're installing the correct Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer's site. If your device doesn’t even show up, try shutting down your laptop, unplugging it, and then plugging it back in. Once you boot up, check again for any unknown devices in Device Manager. Fingers crossed your Bluetooth will show up this time!
I tried that method too, but I still got the Code 10 error. It keeps saying 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.' Any other ideas?
