I'm having a weird issue with my cursor while playing Valorant. Sometimes, when I use my scroll wheel, it switches to scroll mode and shows my cursor, even though I'm not pressing the scroll button. Does anyone know what might be going on?

I don’t have any mouse apps installed, but I should mention that my laptop is pretty old. It has problems where it won’t highlight anything or allow me to click on desktop apps anymore. Could that be affecting my cursor in Valorant?
It sounds like there might be an issue with a mouse app or software, especially if you're using something like a Razer mouse with Synapse 4. Try shutting down or uninstalling that app first to see if that fixes the problem. If the issue goes away when the app isn't running, you might want to consider uninstalling it completely in case it has background services still running.
