Help! My Elden Ring Is Crashing with a BSOD Error

I'm having trouble with Elden Ring on my Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3. My specs include a GTX 1650, an i5-10600H processor, and 16GB of RAM. The game keeps crashing with a BSOD error saying VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR 113. This happens whenever I load a map, and it's pretty frustrating. The laptop doesn't seem to be overheating since CPU and GPU temps are only around 70-80°C, and if I let the game sit idle, it doesn't crash. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance!

First off, you should really grab those dump files. They contain crash logs that can help pinpoint the issue. Try booting into Safe Mode and check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any files. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing service like catbox.moe or mediafire. It’s best to have multiple dump files for a thorough analysis. If you don’t see any, you might want to follow a guide to configure your system to create small memory dumps instead.

Got it! I'll check for those dump files and upload them.

Apart from checking dump files, I’d suggest trying Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove your graphics drivers and then reinstall the latest ones. That might solve your issue since sometimes graphics driver conflicts can lead to crashes.

I tried DDU, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the crash.
